Description:
A high performance Epoxy coating for wood, fiberglass, concrete.
SKU20900 is capable of penetrating and helping to fill pore
structure of the substrate. Forms a strong bond for subsequent
coats offers a convenient 4 part A to 1part B mix ratio. Comes
in 1 gallon kit.
Applications:
A good Primer / Sealer for most surfaces.

Surface Preparation
All substrates must be free from grease, oil, dirt or other
contaminants.
Use Shield Degreaser SKU50001-5 to clean concrete,
Apply wet coat, do not thin degreaser, Do not allow to dry.
Allow 15 minutes to soak.
Pressure wash and let dry, If some grease does not come off
brush and pressure wash again.
Allow floor to completely dry.
Mix "A" & "B" together. 30 minutes induction time.
(Important)
Apply one coat SKU20900 approximately 6 mils wet.
Let dry until it is tack free (3-4 hours) then apply second
coat.
After preparation, it is advisable to coat the surface
as soon as it is dry and tack free. It's purpose is to plug the
capillaries and pores and to seal from dust and moisture and to
provide good adhesion for the next layer.
